A.線上：
(1)報名方式：登入校務資訊系統→活動報名系統/圖書館講座。
(2)請用學校Office365帳號，並於講座開始5分鐘前登入Teams會議。
(3)線上參與者無須簽到/簽退；以系統登錄加入及離開會議時間為基準，12:05以後(以系統紀錄為依據)加入，13:25以前離開者，恕不認列教學品質提升時數。
B.實體：

(2)地點：圖書館一樓檢索教室。

依據教務處公告畢業離校截止日為：111年9月30日（星期五）17時止，因圖書館審核電子論文需要三個工作天（不含例假日），請於9月27日前至<長庚大學博碩士論文系統>完成電子論文上傳，請盡早繳交以免影響離校。

to the announcement of the Academic Affairs Office, the deadline for graduation
and leaving school is 17:00 on September 30, 2022 (Friday). Please upload the
electronic thesis or dissertation before September 27. Your electronic thesis or dissertation should
be uploaded to the Chang Gung University Thesis/Dissertation System. Please
complete the upload as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary complications.

論文上傳步驟及相關格式說明請至E-Learning平台(使用校務資訊系統帳密登入後→全校課程→圖書館→圖書館資源利用→報名課程)觀看論文上傳說明手冊影音檔，再上傳論文電子檔。
2. Please go to the E-Learning platform
→ Explore → library → library resource utilization → register for courses. Then
watch a video about how to upload the thesis/dissertation.
三、
請先完成電子論文查核，再辦理紙本論文繳交。

Please complete the electronic thesis/dissertation check first, and then submit
two hard(binded) copy of your thesis/dissertation to the library.
