 一、 為避免影響投稿期刊決策，本校已退出MDPI出版社之IOAP (Institutional Open  Access Program )計畫，不再享有投稿文件處理費(APC)折扣優惠，即日起生效。已投稿該出版社期刊審理中之稿件不受影響。造成不便，敬請見諒！

二、 研究者發表成果前，請審慎查證與了解欲投稿期刊及出版單位信譽。投稿期刊之檢視評估請參閱圖書館部落格：【電子資源】學術投稿停看聽。

To avoid unnecessary intervention in journal submission, CGU has withdrawn from the IOAP (Institutional Open Access Program) program of MDPI and Article Processing Charge (APC) discount is no longer valid, effective immediately.  Submitted manuscripts currently under processing will not be affected.  We apologize for the possible inconveniences induced.

一、  圖書館將於111年8月9日(二)及8月16日(二) 17時至23時進行Primo伺服器主機升級與維護，期間將暫停Aleph自動化系統、個人借閱查詢、Web2.0館藏查詢、機構典藏、資源探索服務、館藏資料推薦採訪、博碩士論文、資料庫檢索、全文電子期刊(SFX)、文獻傳遞服務、電子資源校外連線等系統。

二、  將於完成定期維護後，儘速恢復各項系統服務。

【電子資源】Turnitin文稿原創性比對系統調整「助教帳號」建置方式

以往Turnitin教師帳號可自行建置「主課程」助教，即日起，助教需先向圖書館申請助教權限，待圖書館完成帳號設定，教師才可將該帳號加為課程助教。

若圖書館尚未幫此助教建立帳號，教師將會看到如下圖提示訊息。

Turnitin為了提升更好的服務，致力於保護資訊安全，使學校採購資源不至被冒用，此功能更新若造成不便，敬請見諒。

【行政服務】110學年第2學期研究生電子論文繳交說明 Instructions for Submission of Postgraduate Electronic Thesis or Dissertation in the Second Semester of Academic Year 110

一、   依據教務處公告畢業離校截止日為：111年9月30日（星期五）17時止，因圖書館審核電子論文需要三個工作天（不含例假日），請於9月27日前至<長庚大學博碩士論文系統>完成電子論文上傳，請盡早繳交以免影響離校。

1.According to the announcement of the Academic Affairs Office, the deadline for graduation and leaving school is 17:00 on September 30, 2022 (Friday). Please upload the electronic thesis or dissertation before September 27.  Your electronic thesis or dissertation should be uploaded to the Chang Gung University Thesis/Dissertation System. Please complete the upload as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary complications.

二、   論文上傳步驟及相關格式說明請至E-Learning平台(使用校務資訊系統帳密登入後→全校課程→圖書館→圖書館資源利用→報名課程)觀看論文上傳說明手冊影音檔，再上傳論文電子檔。

2. Please go to the E-Learning platform → Explore → library → library resource utilization → register for courses. Then watch a video about how to upload the thesis/dissertation.

三、   請先完成電子論文查核，再辦理紙本論文繳交。

3. Please complete the electronic thesis/dissertation check first, and then submit two hard(binded) copy of your thesis/dissertation to the library.
