本校Elsevier期刊資料庫訂購作業已正式完成，方案內容包含本校研究人員以通訊作者投遞Elsevier 旗下期刊(不含Cell Press/The Lancet系列期刊)開放取用文稿，文章被接受日期為2023年1月1日至2025年12月31日期間，投稿文件處理費(Article Processing Charge, APC)將享有15%折扣優惠。
資格條件：
1. 通訊作者(Corresponding Author)經審核為本校聘僱之專兼任研究人員。

Chang Gung University researchers who submit Open Access articles to Elsevier journals (excluding Cell Press/The Lancet series journals) as corresponding authors, with the article acceptance date between January 1th, 2023 and December 31st, 2025, shall enjoy a 15% discount on the Article Processing Charge (APC).
