【課程】博碩士論文電子全文上傳線上課程 Electronic Thesis & Dissertation Upload Guide


1.為利於同學隨時學習，博碩士論文電子全文上傳步驟，採用線上課程進行說明，歡迎同學多加利用。

2.線上課程位置：點選博碩士論文系統→上傳論文→登入帳號密碼→左側論文上傳說明影片連結。

Location: Go to Chang Gung University Electronic Theses & Dissertations System→Upload thesis→Login account→The Guide can ben found on the left.

進入線上課程說明：
1.進入博碩士論文系統→上傳論文
Go to Chang Gung University Electronic Theses & Dissertations System→Upload Thesis


2.登入帳號密碼(帳號為圖書館帳號，密碼為個人借閱紀錄的密碼)。
   Log in your account. (Account ID is your Student ID. Password is the password that you set for the library.)




3.左側論文上傳說明影片連結
The Guide can be found on the left.

 小 叮 嚀：
1.本校碩、博士學位論文格式規範已於108年5月27日更新，請參閱教務處網頁：碩、博士學位論文格式規範。
2.各系所中英文名稱請參閱：系所中英文名稱對照表。
3.紙本論文如需於國家圖書館延後公開，請填寫國家圖書館學位論文延後公開申請書，申請書影本裝訂於紙本論文首頁；申請書之正本隨論文單張繳交教務處。
4.為免影響離校程序，請儘早進行論文上傳作業。
Tips：

1. Please visit the webpage of the Office of Academic Affairs for Chang Gung University Thesis Format Guidelines.
2. Name of Department
3. Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation. (Please fill in the application form and submit it to the Office of Academic Affairs. Please also insert the photocopied form in the first page of the hard copy of your thesis.)
4. Please upload your thesis/dissertation as soon as possible.
